Dr. Oza-Chughtai is local to the South Shore and was born in Queens, New York and raised in North Valley Stream. She has a warm and friendly personality that helps her patients feel at-ease in her care, and she’s always enthusiastic about providing top-notch dental care to everyone who comes to see her. Dr. Oza-Chughtai obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. She also completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Nassau University Medical Center, which helped hone and strengthen her skills and knowledge in endodontics (root canal treatment), crown and bridge work, and children’s dentistry.
Dr. Oza-Chughtai is also committed to staying up to date with the latest advancements in her field by taking continuing education courses, and she remains an active member of the American Dental Association. She’s also a certified Invisalign provider.
In her spare time, Dr. Oza-Chughtai likes to spend time with her husband and her two children. They enjoy exploring local activities, spending time with extended family, swimming, ice skating and traveling.
